Kevin Burton gives a presentation on early Adventists and abolitionism, centering his thoughts on the question, “Is preaching the gospel a political action?”

Kevin Burton earned an MA in Religion from Andrews University, and he is currently pursuing a PhD in American Religious History at Florida State University. While working on his dissertation, Kevin is teaching at Southern Adventist University.
